Where are my contacts being saved?

All users have their contacts saved locally on the device running Contact Bridge. All contacts submitted from the device are saved here and can be accessed, edited, and exported. However, with the premium version, contacts are saved both locally and on an external database. If there are multiple locations for your organization, the contacts will be merged in the database and in the case of a lost, stolen, or broken device, the contacts will be backed up.

Are my contacts secure?

Yes, all contacts saved are completely secure and cannot be accessed by anybody other than yourself. The contacts saved locally are inaccessible to anybody without the admin password (which can be personalized for maximum security). If you have the premium account, all insert queries into the database are secured by 256-bit encryption standards. In other words, all of your contacts are secured and only accessible by your verified users.

What are the advantages and how do I get the premium version?

Although the free version offers the basic functionality of collecting and accessing contacts, in the case of a damaged, stolen or lost device, all of the contacts are lost. Also, if multiple devices are being used, they are saved separately on the devices and cannot be merged. With the premium version, all contacts collected from each device are merged on a personalized database, where they can be accessed together, but with the location of the device their contact was collected from. Because the premium version is personalized, you must contact me in the contact page or at aryatschand616@gmail.com so I can set up your account and database connectivity.
