The fantasy playoffs are here and for those of you who made it - Congratulations! However, our job is far from over with 2 games standing in the way of a fantasy championship. Maybe you had a stud like Christian McCaffrey or Lamar Jackson carry you to the playoffs, or maybe you had a bunch of steady guys that collectively pushed you into a top seed. However, every team is one injury away from an upset loss, but on the flip side, there are guys that may still be on your waiver wire that can potentially put up huge numbers just in time for a championship run.

A notorious boom-or-bust receiver, Will Fuller is primed to put up big numbers for the fantasy playoffs

Will Fuller V (WR Texans) - The odd man out among the rest of the guys I will be talking out, Fuller doesn't benefit from an injury to someone else, but instead benefits from coming back from an injury himself. When healthy, Fuller is one of the best burners in the league and showed off his insane upside in his week 5 217 yard 3 TD blowup. Fuller is extremely boom-or-bust and injury prone, so he might put up a dud at the worst time possible, but there is also a very real possibility that he puts up 400 yards and 4 scores-type numbers in the final 3 weeks of the season.

With any sort of Dalvin Cook injury re-aggrivation, Mattison will become a locked-in RB1

Alexander Mattison (RB Vikings) - Mattison has shown time and time again that he is a solid NFL running back. He's running at a 4.8 YPC and has put up over 450 scrimmage yards this season. The only thing keeping him from locked-in RB1 status on one of the run-heaviest teams in the NFL is superstar Dalvin Cook ahead of him on the depth chart. Although all signs point to Dalvin Cook suiting up at 80-90% next week, Cook is known to be extremely injury-prone and could very likely be rested for the NFL playoffs or re-aggrivate his injury. In either of those circumstances, watch out: Mattison will be on more than a few championship teams.

All signs point to a big workload for Benny Snell in James Conner's absence

Benny Snell (RB Steelers) - Unlike Mattison, whose fantasy value relies on a Dalvin Cook injury, Benny Snell looks to get a majority of the Steelers' backfield workload with yet another injury to James Conner. Now, the running game for the Steelers has not been nearly as productive as years past, but any fantasy owner knows that with volume usually comes production. There is likely nobody close to Snell's floor this week on your waiver wire, so if you're looking for a waiver wire flex this week that can very likely play like an RB2 over the next three weeks, look no further than Benny Snell.

In a laughably thin position, Tyler Higbee can product high-end TE1 numbers just in time for playoffs

Tyler Higbee (TE Rams) - Like years past, the tight end position has been insanely thin this year. High-ranked guys like OJ Howard, Evan Engram, Hunter Henry, Jared Cook have put up invisible or inconsistent numbers this season, turning the positions' landscape upside down. With the injury to Gerald Everett, Higbee put up big numbers this year and if you don't have one of the locked-in TE1s, turning to Higbee as your playoff tight end might be one of the best decisions you make all season.
